This study will examine the role of wrist-worn activity monitors (Fitbit) in the care of transgender cancer patients and survivors. Researchers aim to determine whether participants’ daily activity (e.g., daily step counts, stairs climbed) and sleep levels, as measured using the Fitbit, are related to levels of fatigue, physical functioning, emotional well-being, sleep quality, and quality of life over the 2-week course of the study. Procedures include wearing a Fitbit activity monitor on the wrist and completing questionnaires about physical health, well-being, and symptoms (such as fatigue). The study focuses on individuals who have self-identified as transgender and have a history of cancer or another chronic health condition within the past 5 years.
